Ross Harniman is an architect and designer with over two decades of international experience leading projects of the highest complexity and ambition.

Trained at Brighton, Edinburgh, and UCL, and holding professional accreditation with the RIBA, ARB, and RIAS, Ross has spent his career at the intersection of architecture and interior design - where spatial thinking meets material sensibility and where buildings are shaped not just for how they look, but for how they make people feel.

Before founding the studio, Ross spent thirteen years as an Associate Partner at Foster + Partners, one of the world's most celebrated design practices. There, he led the global Apple retail programme - delivering fifteen flagship stores worldwide - and directed major mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects across Asia and Europe. He has overseen projects from first sketch to final fitting-out, and has built a reputation for maintaining design integrity under the pressures of complex programmes, demanding clients, and international delivery.

Ross Harniman Studio was founded to bring this depth of experience to a smaller, more considered body of work: high-end residences, hospitality environments, and interior projects where the relationship between client and designer is close, and where the work is given the attention it deserves.
